Public Health Club

Welcome to the club webpage for Appalachian State University's Public Health Club!

The Public Health Club is open to all students who are interested in Public Health.  The club exists to help students prepare for careers in Public Health, allows opportunities for students to be active participants in promotion and protecting the health of the ASU and surrounding communities.  The club also provides students with peer support and extracurricular activities related to Public Health.

Many members of our club are students majoring or minoring in Public Health through the College of Health Sciences, but anyone simply interested in Public Health is welcome to join! Our members are active in the field of Public Health in many ways by attending Public Health conferences, engaging with community partners, participating in interdisciplinary events, and by providing community service.  These opportunities give students a chance to develop their leadership and public speaking skills and help to prepare students for their career.

We would love for you to get involved or simply drop by to learn more about our club and the opportunities you can take part in with us! Feel free to explore the site or visit our Facebook page with any questions you may have!
